Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Ld. Counsel for the OP No. 1 files hazira. Though the ld. Counsel for the complainant files a petition with a prayer for adjournment for taking steps upon OP No. 4, but at the time of call neither the complainant nor her authorized representative is found present.

On perusal of records, it is found that the case was fixed for taking step afresh upon OP No. 4 on 25.04.2019 vide Order No. 05 by the complainant. Thereafter ten (10) dated elapsed for taking steps upon OP No. 4 afresh. Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant. Today also the complainant neither filed show cause nor taken any steps for service of notice upon OP No. 4 afresh. Therefore, we are of the opinion that the complainant is very much reluctant to proceed with her complaint. So, the present complaint should be dismissed.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 28/2019 be and the same is dismissed for default. There is no order as to costs.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
