            Adv. Mr. Khadase is present for the  appellant. The appellant  wants to  withdraw the appeal.  Accordingly, the application was filed on 20/04/2015. The said application was signed by the learned Advocate of the appellant Mr. P.S. Khadase, whose V.P. is  on record. He has submitted that the appellant has given authority to him to withdraw the appeal.  Mr. Sherekar, J.T.O. (Legal) is also present for the appellant.  As per request of the appellant, permission is granted to withdraw the appeal.  Hence, appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. Parties to bear their own costs.
