The complaint was filed under section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The second Opposite party is represented.
The complainant is continuously absent since 14. 09.2021. Hence, the notice was sent to the complainant on 22.03.2023 is not seen served as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department. The complainant failed to appear before the commission even today. So many chances were given to the complainant for appearance. The complainant is not interested to proceed further.
Hence there is no merit in proceeding with the complaint in the absence of the complainant and hence the complaint is closed as default of the complainant.
