          Colonel (Retired) D.M. Bahl has made statement (Annexure-1) that this appeal be dismissed as withdrawn to file fresh complaint before District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Gurgaon (District Forum) in view of the decision rendered by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Indian Machinery Company Versus M/s. Ansal Housing and Construction Limited I (2016) CPJ 15 (SC). The statement is accepted. Liberty is granted to file fresh complaint before the District Forum. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
