                Today the case is fixed for compromise in Pre National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he withdraws the present complain being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
