Present:          Sh. Shyam Lal Gujran, Advocate for complainant.

                        Sh. Rajender Verma, Adv. for OP no.1 to 3.

                        OP No.4 already exparte.   

 

                        Case taken up in National Lok Adalat on the application moved by counsel appearing on behalf of OP no.1 to 3.  In support of contents of his application, the counsel for OP no.1 to 3 has made a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties whereby the OP no.1 to 3 company will pay a sum of Rs. 85,000/-to the complainant in full and final settlement of the claim, within 45 days.

                         The counsel for the complainant has also made a statement that he has heard the statement of learned counsel the OP no.1 to 3 and agree with the same. 

                          Statement of both the parties in this regard have been recorded separately. 

                        Heard.  In view of the statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised and the application filed by the OP no.1 to 3 stands disposed of accordingly.  The parties shall be bound by their own statements. Accordingly, the OP no.1 to 3 are directed to pay Rs. 85,000/- (Rs. Eighty Five Thousand only) to the complainant within a period of 45 days from the date of this order and in case of default, the OP no.1 to 3 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum on aforementioned amount Rs. 85,000/- to the complainant from the date of default i.e. after 45 days from the date of this order, till realization of final payment to the complainant.

                         Certified copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. 

                         File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
