ORDER

     Heard. The matter has been settled. Counsel for OP No.2 has handed over a cheque bearing No.706005 dated 24.07.2019 of an amount of Rs.1,20,000/- to the counsel for complainant, who has received this as full & final settlement and recorded his statement separately withdrawing the instant consumer complaint being settled. Photocopy of cheque taken on record. In view of same, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
