JUDGMENT
Complainant has filed the consumer complaint U/s.35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 seeking not to repossess MAHINDRA TRACTOR 415 NBP bearing Regd. No.OD-21-F-2461 and to supply loan agreement and other documents etc. and pay compensation of Rs.4,00,000/-.
Complainant took loan of Rs.5,50,000/- on 30.5.2017 to repay in 64 monthly EMI @ Rs.14,510/- commencing from 30.5.2017 to 05.10.2022. Complainant failed to pay and violated the agreement for which on apprehension of repossession complainant has filed the consumer complaint seeking aforesaid relief. The agreement was expired since 2022.
As it is a year old case we therefore disposed of the case directing the opposite parties to supply the loan agreement copy and any other document as required by complainant available with opposite parties. If complainant has paid all his dues then opposite parties shall issue NOC to the complainant after following due procedure. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
