ORDER

          Learned counsel for the applicant submits that IA/7354/2013, of which restoration is being sought, has been filed in wrong appeal and, in fact, it should have been filed in FA/743/2012.  Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh appropriate application in FA/743/2012. 

          In view of the submission, application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.

          In view of withdrawal of IA/7354/2012, other applications are rendered infructuous and are dismissed as such.
