Annu Vs. Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd.

Present:       Sh. Surender Laura, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh. Sandeep Kumar, Advocate for the opposite party.

 

                   File put up today before Lok Adalat on an application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant. Learned President is on leave today. Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that in above case full and final settlement has been effected with the opposite party. He further stated that for settlement he has received a DD bearing no. 519907 dated 30.01.2024 amounting to Rs. 1,13,996/- (One lakh thirteen thousand nine hundred ninety six only) from the opposite party. So he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, present complainant is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being settled and fully satisfied in Lok Adalat. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
