                        Complainant has not taken any step. O.P. filed written version. O.P. Submitted that the Complainant has limited prayer and vehicle is with Complainant. An amount of Rs. 40,630/- is lying outstanding against the Complainant. The Complainant is directed to clear up the outstanding within two months to the O.P. and during that period the O.P. shall not seize the vehicle. Accordingly, the case is closed.
