The matter was passed over once. Even on second call no one is present for the petitioner. On the last date of hearing, petitioner sought time to take instructions as to whether the petitioner wants to pursue the matter or not and prior to that petitioner sought many adjournments for filing proper application for condonation of delay. However, petitioner has failed to file proper application for condonation of delay. Since, no one is present for the petitioner; the revision petition is dismissed in default.
