Today learned counsel Sh. T.S. Bindra for the appellant as well as learned counsel Sh. Vaibhav Jain for respondents has appeared.

A compromise (paper No. 88) has already been accepted on record.

As the compromise has already been accepted, therefore, the appeal is hereby decided in terms of compromise, which shall form part of the decree.  No order as to costs of the appeal. 

It is hereby directed to the appellant to make the compliance of the terms and conditions of the compromise within 15 days from today.

After compliance of the terms and conditions of the compromise, the statutory amount, if any, deposited by the appellant be returned to the appellant.

After deposit of Rs. 76,486/-, the same be paid to the respondent.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order alongwith copy of compromise clubbed with original record of the District Commission be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary information.
