      None for the appellant is present. Perusal of the record and proceedings of the appeal shows that advocate Miss.Shweta Kulkarni for the appellant had appeared before this Commission lastly on 31/01/2017. However none appeared for the appellant thereafter for hearing on admission of the appeal, though the appeal came to be adjourned five times i.e. on 03/04/2017, 07/07/2017, 20/09/2017, 20/11/2017 and 30/01/2018. This Commission observed in an order on 30/01/2018 that as none appeared for the appellant since long, the appeal deserves to be dismissed for want of prosecution. The appeal came to be adjourned till this date for appropriate order.

         We thus find that as none appeared for the appellant since long for hearing on admission of appeal, the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. Hence the appeal is dismissed in default.
