Heard. Petitioner in its complaint itself has stated that he was using the electricity for commercial purpose. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction states that he does not wish to pursue with the present revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Under these circumstances and in view of the above statement given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
