After arguing for some time, learned counsel Mr. Nitin Lonkar, on instructions, states that petitioner does not want to pursue with the present petition and wants to withdraw the same with liberty to seek appropriate relief before appropriate Forum. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
