Petitioner who was complainant before the District Forum filed a consumer complaint. The District Forum dismissed the complaint of the petitioner on merits. Thereafter, petitioner filed an appeal before the State Commission which was dismissed in default. Petitioner is directed to file certified copies of order sheets from the date of filing of appeal before the State Commission till its dismissal. Be filed within six weeks. List on 27.02.2014 for admission hearing.
