Sri Subham Srivastav, Advocate appeared and stated that he has received the instruction from the complainant Smt. Sarla Devi to withdraw the instant complaint.

  In view of above, Sri Subham Srivastava is directed to file an application for withdrawl of the instant complaint. The said application will be filed during the court of the day.

          Accordingly, the instant complaint is dismissed as prayed.  

          A certified copy of the order will be placed by the appellant/complaint within two weeks from today. 

          The Stenographer is requested to upload this order on the website of this Commission at the earliest.
