Final Order / Judgement

 Heard Mr.B.S.Rayguru,learned Central Govt. Counsel. During course of hearing   he drew attention   to the affidavit dtd.09.11.2022 whereunder they have already mentioned that they have removed the deficiency in service  on payment of Rs.16,193/- in favour of the complainant.

    In view of this affidavit, we are of the view that since the defect has been removed on payment of the matured amount. We are not inclined to sustain rest portion of  the impugned order.

     Therefore, the rest portion of  impugned order is set-aside. Appeal stands allowed. No cost.

     DFR be sent back forthwith.

    Statutory amount be refunded.
