The Case is very old and pending for final Hearing.  On each date of hearing the Ld. Advocate took adjournment.  Today till 3.20 p.m. inspite second call he didn’t turned up.  Hence the complaint is “Dismiss for Default” u/s 13 (2)(c) of C .P. A. 1986.  No order as to cost.
