Present:-    None for the complainant.

                   Mr. Kartik, proxy counsel for Mr. Sandeep Suri, counsel for the opposite party.

                   Today again, none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. In fact, today is the eleventh occasion when, nobody has appeared on behalf of complainant. Perusal of the file shows that this Commission vide its order dated 18^th December, 2019 issued directions to opposite party not to auction the vehicle in question, subject to depositing 50% amount of loan due for purchase of vehicle in question within one month. Thereafter, neither the complainant nor his counsel has appeared before this Commission and on the last date of hearing, one more opportunity was granted to the complainant to appear before this Commission and appraise the fact that the order dated 18^th December, 2019 passed by this Commission had complied or not. But, today again nobody has turned up on behalf of the complainant, despite the fact that the case called thrice today. It seems that complainant is not interested to pursue further with the present complaint. Case called several times since morning, but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. Waited sufficiently. It is already 1:30 P.M. No further wait is justified. Hence, the present complaint stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
