ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission. 

     Order dated 06.11.2020 perused. Complaint has not been properly drafted as title of the parties and bundle of the facts which constitutes cause of action and relief clause has not been specifically mentioned. It creates confusion and leads to nowhere. It is not supported by way of affidavit alongwith two more sets for the Members. Hence, this complaint is filed. Complainant is left at liberty to file fresh after following due procedure prescribed under the law.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of charge. The file be consigned.
