                     As per office  report, complainant has failed to file RC/AD for want of notice to OPs. Despite, case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 3.55 pm.  Waited sufficiently.  Further wait is not justified. Complainant was granted last opportunity subject to cost Rs.1000/- but neither the cost paid nor the RC/AD etc. furnished for notice to OPs which is pending w.e.f 27.12.2019 and thus this Commission has no option but to dismiss the complaint for not depositing the cost or the copy of complaint, RC/AD. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
