ORDER

Heard learned counsel or the appellant. Issue notice before admission to the respondent on giving of notice by the appellant to the respondent by RPAD along with DD of Rs.10,000/- to meet the expenditure for appearance in this Commission. The appellant is directed to deposit 50% of the amount of the compensation awarded by the State Commission with the State Commission as a condition for grant of stay. If such, 50% of the principal amount is deposited within a period of four weeks, the effect of the impugned judgment / order will remain stayed. Stand over to 29.09.2011.
