We have heard the petitioner and counsel for the Non-applicant/Airlines.  We are not inclined to accept the grounds set up in the Review Application to review the order of this Commission dated 25.8.2011. 

             The application is rejected.

             Now coming to the application moved on behalf of the petitioner seeking the refund of the deposited amount in this Commission on the premise that the entire payable amount under the orders of this Commission along with interest has already been paid to the complainant.  This is disputed by the complainant.  He submits that a sum of Rs. 20,000/- is yet to be paid by the petitioner in terms of the order of this Commission dated 25.8.2011.  Going by the operative part of the order and the final direction, we are of the view that a sum of Rs. 20,000/- was awarded as compensation besides approving the award of a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- with interest by the State Commission.

             We therefore dispose of the application with the observations that on remitting a sum of Rs. 20,000/- to the respondent within a period of two weeks from today, the entire deposited amount along with accrued interest, thereon if any, shall be refunded to the petitioner.
