     3.       L.G.Electonics India Pvt. Ltd. Through its Manager A-wing (3^rd Floor), District         Center, New Delhi-110007.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Learned counsel for the OPs has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties. As per compromise they extended warranty on replaced Dish washer till 31.08.2023.  Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the abovesaid statement of the learned counsel for the OPs and agrees with the same, therefore, he withdraws the present complaint.

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OPs and the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
