Shri Sanjay Kumar Chugh, Shri Sanjay Malhotra and Shri Rakesh Sharma, Directors of M2M Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. appeared in persons and made a statement that settlement has been effected with the complainant and in lieu of the same, he submit the cheque no.021146 dated 19.11.2020 amounting to Rs.5,00,000/-(Rs.Five Lac only) and cheque No. 245107 dated 19.11.2020 amounting to Rs.8,18,500/-(Rs. Eight lac eighteen thousand five hundred only), which includes principal amount of Rs.9,00,000/-(Rs. Nine Lac only) and interest Rs.4,18,500/- with effect from 19.2.2013 to 19.11.2020 total Rs.13,18,500/-. The same be paid to the complainant, copy of the same are annexure ‘A’ and annexure ‘B’.
In view of the above statement, ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that as per settlement, he received two cheques bearing no.021146 dated 19.11.2020 amounting to Rs.5,00,000/-(Rs. five lac only) and cheque No.245107 dated 19.11.2020 amounting to Rs. Rs.8,18,500/-(Rs. Eight lac eighteen thousand five hundred only) from the Opposite parties, so he withdraws the present complaint.
Keeping in view the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
