        It is stated that the present complaint case has been amicably settled between the parties before the Delhi Govt. Mediation & Conciliation Centre. A copy of the settlement agreement dated 09.6.2015 is placed on record.

        Counsel for the respondent states that in terms of settlement, the respondent has already given two cheques of Rs.3,50,000/- each to the complainant in full and final settlement of the present complaint case.

        Since the parties have arrived at settlement as is stated above, complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint.

In view of the above submissions, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.  

Parties shall remain bound by the settlement agreement on 09.06.2015.

File be consigned to Record Room.
