          This order shall dispose of Revision Petitions No.2152 and 2153 of 2005 and 326 & 328 of 2006 as the point in question involved in them is the same.

          These Revision Petitions are concluded by an order passed by this Commission on 11th November, 2005 in Revision Petition No.3258/2004 and the other connected matters.  Against that order,

respondents in those Revision Petitions have filed Special Leave Petition No.7006/2006 which is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 

          These Revision Petitions are allowed in terms of the order passed by this Commission in Revision Petition No.3258/2004.

            Revision Petition No.647/2006 filed by Mrs. A. Savithri is dismissed in terms of the order passed in Revision Petition No.3258/2004.
