None of the parties are present though notices sent for second time by C.O.P. File taken up again at 12.30 P.M. Both the parties were not present when called out. It is the complainant who has to prosecute the complaint, and she was not present even on the last date. This conduct of the complainant shows that she is not deligent in prosecuting the complaint. In the circumstances, we have no other alternative except to dismiss the complaint for default and non-prosecution. No costs.
