              Today the case is fixed for consideration. This Forum vide order dated 5.6.2012 directed the  OP to ensure that clear and sand free water at 70M Head and 1200-1300 LPM discharge, is given by the tubewell in question within a period of 20 days from today by making modification in the old tubewell or by installing a new tubewell.  Heard. The learned counsel of the JD argued that he has complied with the order dated 5.6.2012 passed by this Forum. To prove the same JD produced the copy of letter dated 19.07.2018. On perusal of this letter in which it is clearly mentioned that as per order of this Forum the new pump installed in the tubewell and the said tubewell gave 1200 liter per hour discharge and gave the clean water. JD showed the same to the official of the sugar mill and as per order of this Forum the tubewell has been working properly.

                   In view of this letter, we find that OP has complied with the order of this Forum. Hence we dismiss the present execution application. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
