ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                              JUDGMENT

            Heard counsel for both parties. It is agreed upon and settled by both parties that complainant shall pay Rs.1,00,000/- within a week and 10,00,000/- shall be paid within a month thereafter. The opposite parties are also agrees to issue NOC within a month after receipt of Rs.11,00,000/- (Rs.1,00,000/- + Rs.10,00,000/-) and till such time no coercive action shall be taken by opposite parties. In view of the settlement between the parties there remains nothing for adjudication and accordingly the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
