Heard the complainnat and Ld advocate for the op on compromise petition dt 05/08/2013 . the complainant has raised no objection in allong the compromise petition as disput between the parties has been settled . perusal the complainant petition case is dismissed as with drawal on the basis of  settlement of the dispute between the parties .
