Delay condoned.

We are happy to note that with the active intervention of Mr. K.K. Singh, Deputy Secretary of the Respondent/Authority, the grievance of the Petitioner/Complainant has been redressed to his satisfaction. 

The Petitioner, appearing in person, and Mr. Singh along with Counsel for the Respondent are present. 

The Petitioner states that he will deposit the balance amount due to the Authority in terms of the decision taken by the Competent Authority within a week.  Mr. Singh has also assured us that he will assist the Petitioner in getting the requisite deposit made in the Bank.  

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in this Revision Petition.  The same stands disposed of accordingly.
