This application has been placed by circulation in terms of Regulation 15 (2) of the Consumer Protection Regulations, 2005 before us since one of the Members who had passed the order dated 8.12.2009, namely, Dr. P.D. Shenoy, Member has since relinquished charge on expiry of term of appointment. The review is sought on the ground that the notice has been published in Agra Edition of Dainik Jagran and not in Meerut Edition inasmuch as the Execution proceedings are pending before the District Forum, Meerut. The address of the complainant as can be seen from the complaint filed before the District Forum, Meerut as also in the appeal filed before the State Commission at Lucknow is that of Agra Cantt. The notices sent on the said address were returned unserved and as such publication was ordered. Publication was duly made after which order dated 8.12.2009 was passed which is sought to be reviewed. We do not find any error apparent on the face of record so as to entertain the review application. In view of the above, the review application is accordingly rejected with no order as to cost.
