That the Consumer Case No. 57/2018 be and same is dismissed in ex-parte against the O.P. No. 1 and 2 (Medicare Insurance TPA Services (India) Pvt. Ltd) without cost. This Commission is giving liberty to the complainant to file this case afresh by adding a proper party if he desired so within 90 days from the date of this order.
