ORDER

Complainant along with his counsel present and filed the memo.

Perused the memo wherein which, complainant prays to return of complaint and seeking liberty to file fresh complaint on the ground of same cause of action.

 

 

 

In pursuance of the memo the present complaint is returned to the complainant and given liberty to file this same afresh if law permit to do so.

In pursuance of the memo the complaint is accordingly disposed of.
