           Today the case is fixed for amicable settlement between the parties. The Ld. Counsel for the Complainants made a separate statement on the instructions of the Complainants that the Complainants are ready to settle the present complaint on the basis of offer made on behalf of the OP vide its letter dated 10.12.2021 with regard to the payment of Rs. 9,33,466/- and Rs. 15,362/- as full and final settlement for both the policies in question; hence, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the Complainants.

           Heard. In view of the statement made by the both the Ld. Counsels for the parties, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. It is made clear that both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
