                   Sh. Krishan Lal, Adv. for JDs.

                                     

                        Main file put up and perused. Heard on the application filed by ld. counsel for the JDs on the ground that JDs have already complied with the order dated 22.05.2024 of this Commission. File perused. In compliance of the order dated 27.08.2024 of Hon’ble State Commission, Haryana Panchkula, JDs had already deposited an amount of Rs.967853/- through DD in this Commission on dated 01.10.2024. Report of Accountant also perused, as per which DD amounting to Rs.967853/- has been deposited in the account of this Commission.

                   Ld. counsel for the DH has made a statement that he does not want to proceed with the present execution.

                   In view of the statement made above, present execution stands dismissed as withdrawn. Application filed by ld. counsel for the JDs alsostands  disposed of.

                   Execution file as well as the main file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
