ORDER

Today is fixed for further order in presence both sides. Complainant himself is present along with his Ld. Advocate on record, Ld. Advocate for the OP-LIC, is also present and it is noticed that one cheque in the name of Complainant, Gopinath Mukherjee valued Rs. 15,17,600/- is submitted from side of the OP-LIC, along with a petition for acceptance deposit of the said cheque. We had Ld. Advocate of both sides as well as complainant and complainant submits before this District Commission that he would have no grievance further respect against the OP-LIC after acceptance of this cheque on the amount as mentioned their it and to that effect complainant has filed one application duly signed by him for disposal of the case. Heard, both sides. In this context we have gone through the order No. 20 that the previous order passed by District Commission dated 14/10/2020. Perused also the original Voter Identity Card and Adhar Card of the complainant and copy photography of the same filed today let the photography of the original Adhar Card be kept with the case record. Let a copy of the cheque be also be kept record along with the copy of passbook the brief which have mentioned in the cheque the cheque has been receipt by the complainant being properly identified by Ld. Advocate on record. Under the circumstances the case be and the same his disposed of on and full satisfaction.
