Today is fixed for payment and further order.

Both parties file hazira. The case is amicably settled by both parties.

The OP LICI, Branch Manager files a Cheque being No. 115517 amounting to Rs. 1,00000 (One Lacks) dated 23/10/2019 as per forums order.

The complainant files a petition for permitting him to withdraw the said cheque.

We find no impediment to allow the prayer.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the petition dated 23/10/2019 filed by the Complainant for withdraw the cheque No. 115517 amounting to

Rs. 1,00000 (One Lacks) dated 23/10/2019 be delivered to the complainant on proper verification and receipt keeping Xerox of the same is allowed.

The cheque is received by the complainant on full satisfaction.
