ORDER

Present:        Complainant in person .

Sh. Rajesh Tanwar, Advocate for OP  alongwith Sh. Pawan Kaushik, AAO

 

             Sh. Pawan Kaushik, AAO, LIC Bhiwani made a statement that he has compromised the matter and as per compromise OPs will give Rs. 12,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today. Complainant has also made a statement that his complaint be decided as per statement of Sh. Pawan Kaushik, AAO, LIC Bhiwani. In view of this OPs is directed to pay Rs. 12,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today failing which OPs will pay the said amount alongwith interest @9% per annum from the date of filing of this complaint till realization. Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
