We have heard the learned counsels for the parties. The LIC of India is directed to deposit the amount as shown in the impugned order of the State Commission within a period of four months in the State Commission without prejudice to the rights of the parties and thereafter the same may be disbursed in accordance with the directions of the State Commission. 2. No clarification will be required because the amount which is rectified in the order of the State Commission is directed to be deposited. Parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 31.05.2011.
