ORDER

     The parties have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Sandeep Bhardwaj, Counsel for OPs has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Vinay Jhingan, Complainant in person alongwith Sh.R.K.Sharma, Advocate proxy counsel for Sh.M.K.Malhotra, Counsel for Complainant has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of as settled between the parties. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order. If OPs fails to pay Rs.20,000/- to the complainant as per undertaking within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, then OPs shall pay that amount of Rs.20,000/- alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from today i.e. 29.09.2016 till the payment is made.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
