ORDER

                   Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of OP. A cheque of Rs.5000/- has been received by the learned counsel for the complainant from the OP and appended a note on the first page of the complaint that she withdraws this complaint with liberty to file fresh, as the claim has been repudiated. 

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
