तक्रारदार व सामनेवाला यांनी पुरसीस दिली की, त्‍यांची अापसात तडजोड झाली.   तक्रारदार यांना चेक प्राप्‍त झाला.   सबब सदरील केस तक्रारदार व सामनेवाला यांच्‍या झालेल्‍या समजोत्‍यानुसार तडजोडीने निकाली करण्‍यात आली.   खर्चाबाबत आदेश नाही.
