ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     Today the complainant stated that he has received the full & final amount and hence he withdraws the present complaint. E-mail to this effect received from the complainant placed on the file. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
