ORDER

By this application, petitioner is seeking review of the order dated 10.09.2014 whereby request of listing the matter for arguments on maintainability on the ground of pecuniary jurisdiction was rejected on the ground that the question raised was a mixed question of law and fact which would be determined at the final stage.  Complainant states that aforesaid order should be reviewed because issue of pecuniary jurisdiction has been finally decided by the District Forum.  We do not find merit in the request for review.  Application is accordingly dismissed.

As per the report of the registry, complainant  has already filed his affidavit evidence.  OP to file their affidavit evidence within six weeks.

          List on 19.01.2015.
