     Sh.Ramesh Pal Singh-Complainant No.1 in person, Husband of Complainant No.2, has made statement, recorded separately, that as the Unitech Ltd. has adjusted the disputed amount, so he does not want to pursue this complaint further and hence he withdraws this complaint as satisfied. Consequently, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
