Limited notice was issued to the LIC Housing Finance Corporation and others only in regard to the cost of Rs.10,000/- imposed by the District Forum and Rs.5,000/- imposed by the State Commission when dismissing the complaint and dismissing the appeal of the petitioner / complainant. The revision petition is dismissed, however, the order in regard to the payment of cost is waived of and cost is made easy.
